My soul left my body when I took a bite. Eel was perfectly grilled. Nice light crisp on the outside and somewhat melts in my mouth. Sauce was perfect for me too. I tried the best Unagi restaurant in Singapore and it’s not even close to what this humble establishment offers.

Chanced upon this place while walking and finally got a chance to have a go at this meal. Ordered eel bowl (normal 2/3) and another which you can pour broth over the rice to get its full flavour! Added on eel liver as well which was great. Very nice atmosphere and cosy to have a nice quiet dinner.

Had the unatamago don - was really tasty and filling. Price was reasonable for good quality unagi.

The Three styles was mild and satisfying. I followed the guideline in menu. It suggested to serve with the classic way, Don way and soup. With the classic way, i enjoyed the aroma of the oily burnt. A little bit crispy and sweetness with the sauce did well with the pickles. The pickles was refreshing. The don way with seaweed and spring onion did a great job to resolve the greasy. The Bonito soup delivered a mild and fullness ending. Overall, it is good cause I tried others but hardly finish it completely due to greasy. I like how they serve it.

Stumbled upon this shop while walking around. Service was friendly and food was good overall. The food was moderately seasoned and very light on taste. I don't what it is about rice in Japan, but the rice was very good. It tasted even better with all the juices and sauce from the unagi!

Sat at bar, unagi prepared in a crispy style was very well seasoned with delicious unagi sauce. One of the top unagi I've had. Their Hitsumamushi also is very well presented. The unagi omelette was presented well, but nothing to write home about. Would come back for sure.

Its pretty expensive, but worth it. It's a hidden local joint, unassuming entrance with fresh eel grilled on the spot. Ordered the 2/3 eel on rice set (2900yen) and tamago (forgot how much). Staff speaks little English but menu with pictures is sufficient to order. I love unagi!
